All products sold by Pine + Pillar Design Studio are digital and delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, so please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

2. Purchase & Delivery

Templates are available for purchase directly through our website. Once your payment is complete, your template will be sent to your Squarespace account (using the email address you provide at checkout) within 24 business hours as a new website. While we aim to meet this timeframe, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or weekend purchases.

3. Template Customization

Our templates are designed to be easily customized to fit your business. We provide documentation and basic support to help you make updates. If you'd prefer a more hands-off experience, we offer a template customization service for an additional fee, subject to availability.

4. License & Intellectual Property

All templates and content on our site are protected by copyright laws. When you purchase a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your personal or business website. You may not share, resell, sublicense, or distribute the template, whether modified or unmodified, without our written permission.

We retain ownership of all intellectual property related to our templates, website, graphics, and content.
